- Additional engraving can be purchased should you wish to engrave a longer message, the price on your gift will automatically increase when you exceed the free of charge allowance
- Full details on the maximum amount of engraving per gift can be found on each gift
NB The stated number of characters includes spaces and punctuation.
It is our intention to make your gifts look as attractive as possible. We therefore offer no guarantee as to how your personalised engraving will be laid out on the gifts chosen. This is left to the discretion of our vastly experienced engravers who will endeavour to make your gift look as gorgeous as possible.
Our order acknowledgment email is not an indication of how the engraving will be set out.
Important:
We are unable to accept return of goods which have been engraved to individual request. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.
