This is applicable for anybody who can view the website in any other country, and / or has contact with with love from [withlovefrom.com] or Select Silverware by any other means of communication such as electronic mail, fax or post, without necessarily having viewed the website with love from [withlovefrom.com].
- Customer service - with love from [withlovefrom.com] provide a free customer service phone number [freephone 0800 073 5454], which is available between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through to Friday [GMT].
- Complaints - any complaints will be handled quickly and effectively. On receipt of a complaint with love from [withlovefrom.com] will contact the customer to confirm exact details within 5 working days. If the complaint is with a product, then they will then offer a product replacement, or a full refund. We are unable to refund on products that have been engraved to individual customer requirements. If the complaint is not a product compaint, then with love from [withlovefrom.com] will endeavour to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We keep the consumer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals. All complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner. You can return faulty goods you have ordered at any time within 14 days of receipt. Please obtain a return number from Customer Services on 01246 418 500 before returning any item. We cannot accept returns without this reference number.

- Delivery & any delays - If we cannot deliver any of our products within a reasonable time of receiving the order [usually 5 days] [buisness hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday GMT], and the customer would rather not wait, with love from [withlovefrom.com] will offer the option to cancel the order. If delivery then exceeds the agreed longer delivery time, we will offer the consumer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to any other trusted traders.
